Great to meet you!

Moving through life can feel overwhelming at times. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy—feelings like shame, guilt, doubt, and inadequacy can make it even harder to take that first step. Trauma and life’s challenges can also impact how we show up in our relationships and within ourselves. The good news is that change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I specialize in working with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, stress, and dual diagnosis. I also support individuals navigating family conflict, self-esteem issues, parenting concerns, and the unique experiences of men, LGBTQ, and veterans.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in whole health and wellness and integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process—we’ll build on your existing strengths while developing practical tools to support growth and healing. My role is to help you identify the problems to, gain clarity. I view each person as unique, which means your treatment plan will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a space where you are truly heard and understood. From there, we’ll work together to create meaningful goals and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

With over 14 years of experience, I bring both professional expertise and real-world application into my work. I practice what I teach and have seen firsthand how these strategies can create lasting change. My approach also takes into account the realities of today’s world and the pressures many people face.

I am passionate about helping people navigate life on life’s terms. While the journey can be difficult, you already have the foundation within you to become your best self. My role is to help you uncover those strengths and equip you with tools to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
