Great to meet you!

Deep within, I believe everyone holds the keys to a life of profound meaning and joy. By discerning their dreams and charting their personal journeys, my clients unlock doors to lives they cherish all the more. In the wise words of Carl Jung, 'Man's task is to become conscious of the contents that press upward from the unconscious.'

My approach to therapy

With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology/Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring not just academic expertise, but a deeply rooted passion for holistic understanding of the self. My approach is heavily influenced by the Jungian perspective, as I am also a Training Candidate of C.G. Jung Institute of Zurich, Switzerland, believing in the transformative power of the unconscious and the potential for personal growth through dream analysis, archetypes, and symbolic understanding. I am very familiar with evidence based therapies.

What you can expect from me

Throughout the years, I have had the privilege to serve the psychotherapeutic community including children, adults, and older adults. Every individual has a unique story, and I approach each one with an open heart and a keen ear, ensuring a warm, safe space for exploration and healing. My practice extends across the vibrant landscapes of the Bay Area and the greater Sacramento region, with the mission of bringing warmth, understanding, and holistic wellness to the heart of every soul I encounter
