Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Mandarin) LCSW trained at NYU, and I work with high-achieving professionals and women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges.

Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. I provide a supportive, culturally attuned space where you don’t have to over-explain your background, while also helping you build practical tools to feel more in control, connected, and grounded in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and culturally attuned. I use evidence-based treatments including CBT, ERP, EMDR, and DBT.

I focus on helping you understand patterns, reduce anxiety, and build practical tools you can use in daily life. My style is warm, supportive, and direct when needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. You can expect a supportive, structured conversation, along with initial feedback to help you better understand what’s going on and how we can move forward together.
