Sometimes a major event in one's life makes it difficult to stay positive and feel emotionally balanced and healthy. During those times, we just need someone to confide. You deserve to live a life free from physical challenges, this is where I come in. My goal as your therapist is to walk graciously along your side as you find balance with empathy and personal connection. To my clinical training, I add my experiences as a School Counselor, in the elementary through high school level and a parent of teenagers to provide a caring and adaptable applications of theories and methods supported by research. Bilingual (English-Spanish).

My approach to therapy

I am here to offer a safe environment space to be heard and understood without judgement. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic and goal oriented. By creating an individual treatment plan based in client's needs, preferences and focusing on building awareness, mindfulness, clients successfully transition into finding balance from crisis.
