Great to meet you!
I am a systemically trained therapist, which means that when I am working with you, I am not only working with what's in the room with me, but also all the external factors that contributed to what I am seeing in the therapy room.

I am a systemically trained therapist, which means that when I am working with you, I am not only working with what's in the room with me, but also all the external factors that contributed to what I am seeing in the therapy room.
I would like to play a collaborative role with my clients, holding an open and supportive space for you as you untangle the thoughts and concerns that brought you into therapy.
During the first session, I will go over informed consent and the limits of confidentiality with you. After that, I will mainly listen to what brings you to therapy and ask follow-up questions to form an initial understanding of your situation.
