Great to meet you!

Therapy is deeply personal, and I believe it’s important to feel seen. Not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person. My work is rooted in a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I’ve supported people through many of life’s transitions- starting school, beginning new careers, navigating relationships, or just trying to stay afloat when things feel overwhelming.

My background is in Psychology and Medical Social Work, and I’ve provided therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and OCD using evidence-based approaches. Outside the therapy space, I love being outdoors, cooking new things, and spending time with my dog, Obie (we’re currently training to become a certified therapy team!).

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps clients build a more meaningful life by focusing on their values—even when things feel difficult. I also integrate skills-based modalities like CBT and ERP to support clients in managing anxious thoughts, improving emotional regulation, and building effective coping strategies. I take a holistic approach to therapy and believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by helping clients tune into both their inner experiences and their values

What you can expect from me

Our work together will be collaborative and non-judgmental. I’ll provide tools to help you understand your emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply seeking space to reflect and grow, I’m here to support you with warmth, structure, and a holistic perspective.
