Great to meet you!
Therapy is deeply personal, and I believe it’s important to feel seen. Not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person. My work is rooted in a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I’ve supported people through many of life’s transitions- starting school, beginning new careers, navigating relationships, or just trying to stay afloat when things feel overwhelming.
My background is in Psychology and Medical Social Work, and I’ve provided therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and OCD using evidence-based approaches. Outside the therapy space, I love being outdoors, cooking new things, and spending time with my dog, Obie (we’re currently training to become a certified therapy team!).
