Great to meet you!

Support is provided for neurodivergent adults, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, relationship stress, and transitions. Therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic, focusing on emotional regulation, stress recovery, identity exploration, and relationship healing. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Using depth-oriented approaches, sessions support insight, coping skills, and healthier patterns so you feel grounded, connected, and empowered. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out to being your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, psychodynamic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing occurs when we address the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, and spirit while building on each person's existing strengths and resilience. I integrate EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and affirming environment where they feel heard, respected, and supported. During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and discuss the strengths and challenges that are impacting your well-being. Together, we will begin creating a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, whether that involves processing trauma, improving relationships, managing ADHD symptoms, or building coping skills. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and with a clearer sense of direction for their therapeutic journey.
