My approach blends empathy, active listening, and a strengths-based lens: rather than focusing on what's "wrong," I help you recognize and build on the strengths you already carry. I work with people managing anxiety, depression, substance and alcohol use, and the lingering effects of trauma — and I bring a trauma-informed lens to all of it, which means we move at a pace that feels safe for you, never rushing past what you're not ready to face. If you're carrying something heavy from your past, this is a place where that history is treated with care, not judgment.
I also work often with people going through major life transitions and loss — a breakup, a move, a career shift, a death — moments when the ground can feel unsteady and you need someone to help you find footing again. Whatever your cultural background, I want you to feel like this space was built for you.
