Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinician and the founder of Dollarson’s Den, a space inspired by my family’s legacy of care, education, and community. I support children, teens, young adults, and families using trauma‐informed, strengths‐based approaches like CBT and Solution‐Focused Therapy. I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a gentle, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. My work is trauma‐informed and culturally responsive, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution‐Focused techniques to help clients build practical skills they can use every day. I meet clients exactly where they are, honoring their story while helping them discover new strengths, perspectives, and possibilities. My goal is to walk alongside each person as they grow, heal, and move toward a more grounded version of themselves

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they can settle in and share at their own pace. I focus on building trust, learning what brings you to therapy, and understanding your goals so we can create a plan that feels supportive and realistic. We’ll explore your strengths, identify what’s working, and gently uncover areas where you want to grow. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful about the path ahead.
