Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and my goal is to make therapy feel like a safe, comfortable space where you can just be yourself.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Chico State and later returned to complete my Master’s in Social Work. I’ve worked in crisis services and in medical settings, supporting people through a wide range of challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and supportive. I see therapy as a partnership where you can show up as yourself and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. This means we’ll build practical tools to manage stress and emotions, focus on what’s already working, and move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported—while also helping you make meaningful, real-life changes.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a calm, welcoming space to share what’s been weighing on you. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll explore your goals, talk through what you need, and begin building a plan together.
