Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist who completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Derner School of Psychology at Adelphi University. I offer individual therapy for adults and teens and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and self-esteem and relationship issues. I work collaboratively with my clients and use both insight-oriented and goal-oriented approaches.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and teens navigating a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship issues. My integrative approach blends exploration with evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients recognize patterns and utilize tools to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I see therapy as a collaborative process and I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share deeply and learn tools to navigate difficult internal experiences with greater mindfulness, flexibility, and self-compassion. I strive to provide a balance of warmth and directness, offering support and compassion alongside gentle encouragement to step outside your comfort zone when needed. Together, we’ll blend exploration and thoughtfulness with practical strategies to help you move towards the things you most value.
