Great to meet you!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many adolescents and adults through some of life’s most challenging moments. My experience includes providing therapy and crisis intervention in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and clinics, and working with clients in both English and Spanish.

My areas of focus include supporting young adults, parents-to-be, and new parents as they navigate major life transitions, identity changes, relationships, and the many challenges that come with starting or growing a family.

Having spent many years working within the school system, I also have a particular passion for supporting students and their parents when mental health needs become more complex. I understand how overwhelming it can be for families to navigate these challenges, and I believe parents deserve just as much support and guidance as their children.

While I have extensive experience working with crisis management and higher-acuity mental health needs, I am no longer accepting new clients seeking crisis management or high-needs services. My practice is focused on providing ongoing, supportive therapy for clients who are looking for a safe space to process challenges, build coping skills, and navigate life transitions.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment, while helping them develop practical tools to navigate difficult seasons and feel more confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a nurturing and brave space where individuals feel safe to explore, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. I take an individualized, strengths-based approach, recognizing that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop confidence, and work toward meaningful and lasting growth at your own pace.

As a reliable, compassionate, and empathetic provider, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are while providing the encouragement and tools needed to help you move forward with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can begin to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. I will meet you where you are and take the time to understand your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Together, we will identify realistic and meaningful goals that feel manageable and relevant to your life. I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels right for you, and I will provide support and guidance along the way as you work toward greater confidence, growth, and well-being.
