I would love to accompany you on your healing journey, even if just for a little while. I approach counseling with an Internal Family Systems framework and can help you find a way to communicate and stay at peace within yourself and with others.

Dealing with difficult mental health matters might seem daunting but you can achieve wellness, we can start that process together. I see my job as a guide through the internal system while assisting you in finding the answers already within you, and a way to address your challenges with a different appreciation and a greater understanding of your emotions.

I provide a safe non-judgmental environment where you can explore your fears, your dreams your strengths, and your past experiences and find connections within that will help bring clarity to your current choices and assist you in making the changes in your life that you have been wanting to make.
