Great to meet you!

My hope is to assist you in achieving your goals, while helping you increase your self-worth, self-efficacy, and have an overall improvement in how you love and relate to yourself, others, and the community. I believe there is no "one size" fits all approach to therapy, however, common modalities and frameworks that I utilize are appropriately tailored to address and target your specific needs.

My approach to therapy

I take the role as a therapeutic agent, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration. We will work collaboratively on identifying presenting issues, patterns attributing to the problem, maladaptive thought patterns, and emotions influencing behaviors. I will assist you with increasing self-awareness, promote understanding of emotions, and provide you with the necessary tools for emotional regulation so that there is continued healing and for you to be a beacon of hope unto others.

What you can expect from me

I am an empathic, authentic, and an attuned facilitator. I take a person centered and active approach in joining you on your therapeutic journey.
