Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, especially those navigating anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I have a background in both community mental health and court-involved settings.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in real connection — I show up authentically and create a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. I believe healing starts when you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether we’re exploring patterns from your past or building tools for the present, therapy with me is about making progress in a way that feels right for you.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and stay grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — all while keeping things human, warm, and relatable.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is relational, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I work from a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, meaning I focus on creating a safe space where you feel respected, understood, and never judged. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, honest conversation.

I often integrate mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, depending on what fits best for you. Whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, or just feeling stuck — we’ll explore both the “why” behind patterns and the “how” of moving forward. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and with a better understanding of themselves. I work to create a space where you can be your full, unfiltered self — a space that’s safe, judgment-free, and grounded in mutual respect.

Whether we’re unpacking something heavy or working on practical tools to manage day-to-day stress, my goal is for you to walk away with clarity, insight, and strategies you can actually use. Over time, clients often report feeling more confident, emotionally balanced, and connected to who they are and what they need.
