My approach to therapy

Yajaira uses an approach that finds the root cause of the mental health condition by understanding deficiencies in the brain, identify past trauma, and evaluate current environmental factors. It is an all-around approach to help find your best self.

She starts where the client is comfortable starting in their journey to freedom.

What you can expect from me

If the clients have a mental health diagnosis, Yajaira will explains why they have such condition. They will learn if they have a deficiency in their brain that led to such condition. The client will learn what amino acids and diet they need to implement to feed their brain and heal. The client will also be able to learn how their past traumas and upbringing could have caused such mental health conditions and how to heal from that. It's an all-around holistic approach Yajaira uses to heal the individual so they can feel and be their best self.

There will be times that some clients will need medication intervention and Yajaira will gladly refer clients to the appropriate entity to complement their needs.

Additionally, if you are someone who is already in many medications for a mental health condition and wishes a natural approach, Yajaira does help clients ween off their medications by assisting the individual replenish what they are deficient in the body and brain with the help of the individual's psychiatrist or medical doctor.
