Great to meet you!

I am a first-generation Latina, bilingual trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapist. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Master's of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in various settings, including crisis, inpatient, schools, in-home therapy, and outpatient therapy.

My approach to therapy

Central to my therapeutic approach is the belief that the counseling process is a collaborative alliance, with clients considered experts in their own lives. Within this framework, clients can access their inner strengths to promote positive change. I am committed to empowering clients with the tools, training, and knowledge needed to perform optimally day in and day out. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

What you can expect from me

With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I use a tailor approach to meet you where you are, recognizing that each individual's journey is unique. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is culturally sensitive, affirming, and inclusive.
