Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, questioning your relationships, navigating a major life transition, or struggling to recognize the person you've become. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten how to care for yourself. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to begin with a blank canvas—a chance to heal, grow, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, process difficult emotions, and build the tools needed for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a client-centered approach, we'll work together to identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping skills, and help you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you work on the parts of yourself that you want to better. Together we can talk, learn, and change things that you haven't been able to before. I create a very welcoming non-judgmental environment where you feel at ease.
