Great to meet you!

I am impassioned about accompanying others on their journey toward mental health and wellness. I focus on meeting clients where they are and transmitting my care. I recognize the struggles and unexpected stressors that present themselves to us. As a teen mom, I learned to persevere and was offered the support I needed by those in the helping profession(teachers, counselors, coaches). I like to offer hope and highlight opportunities for success and growth to my clients.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm and empowering therapist who utilizes an eclectic approach depending on client needs and their circumstances including CBT, solution focused, psychodynamic, and structural therapy; I enjoy working with adults, families, couples, adolescents, and children.

What you can expect from me

One of my clients said that his experience in therapy with me was like I held a mirror up for him to see all his strengths. My hope is that every client learns to see their strengths and weaknesses to find their meaning and purpose in life; both are necessary. I believe we are interconnected as humans. That there is pain in relationships but there is also healing in relationships. My goal is to help clients create a healthy support system outside of therapy.
