A bit about my approach to therapy

Depression often feels as if we are paralyzed in the past. The pressure of anxiety often feels we are in a never-ending cycle of "what if” of the future. I help individuals, families and couples solve longstanding problems, regain sense of self-worth, find joy in life, and improve overall well-being. We cannot change our stories, but we can change our relationship to them.

What you can expect from our first session

Fear, emptiness, despair, inadequacy can feel overwhelming. Better regulating our emotional experience is possible through understanding and changing patterns that are not working. I work with clients of various ages and presentations and can help decrease symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictive tendencies.

A genuine, and trusting relationship is my priority, and I look forward to hearing your story and helping you embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
