Great to meet you!

On any given day, we are confronted with stressors and challenges. We may begin to see the world as burdensome, puzzling, and just too heavy to bare. “Life on life’s terms” can be a daunting and overwhelming prospect. We live in a world that is increasingly demanding. More and more, people feel isolated. We become anxious, fearful, lonely, and angry. The good news? People CAN and DO change. They overcome. I've worked with countless people who have made positive change and had positive outcomes.

My approach to therapy

I see clients with a myriad of issues, utilizing an integrated approach of evidence-based therapy catered to the individual. I have extensive experience working with trauma/complex trauma and addictions (substance, gambling, sex, and others). I also work with individuals seeking existential and spiritual answers (meaning, purpose, connection).

What you can expect from me

I'd be both honored and humbled to work with you. I offer practical interventions to build new skills and hone resilience. I'll be an empathetic ear, sounding board, teacher, coach, guide, and cofacilitator in your journey. I ultimately believe that human connection is the greatest force to combat the most challenging condition of all- "The Human Condition".
