Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, warm, and supportive clinician who values building genuine connections with the people I work with. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and respected, especially when navigating difficult life experiences.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including work with neurodivergent individuals, I support people who are seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to work through challenges and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each individual. I begin by listening closely to your experiences, goals, and concerns, and work with you to identify what feels most important to address.

I draw from evidence-based approaches while remaining person-centered and culturally responsive. Therapy is guided by clear goals, compassionate understanding, and practical strategies you can use outside of sessions to support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your experiences, concerns, and what you hope to gain from counseling, while also sharing my therapeutic style and approach.

The first session is meant to feel supportive and conversational—not rushed or judgmental. Together, we’ll begin to identify goals and determine whether working together feels like a good fit for your needs.
