Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a proud Mexican therapist passionate about helping clients heal from trauma through EMDR. I create a compassionate, culturally affirming space where you can explore your story safely and without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, or feeling stuck, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your strengths and building resilience. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your needs because healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-care. I use EMDR to support clients in gently processing past experiences that may still be impacting their present. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic tools to help you reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen, and I work to create a space where you can explore, grow, and move toward resilience at your own pace.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgement. In our sessions, we'll work at your own pace to process what you've been carrying whether it's stress, trauma, family pressure, or figuring out who you are. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connect to your own voice.
