Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and have experience working with individuals facing emotional, behavioral, relationship, and family concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized, using evidence-based therapies including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and family systems therapy. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling by thoughtfully integrating faith with the therapy process.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will work to build insight, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe environment where growth and healing can take place.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable and judgment-free environment. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, review your history, and identify the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that fits your unique needs and circumstances. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we will do together.
