Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who integrates clinical expertise with Christian values to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe that true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Services are provided to individuals who are physically in the states of SC, FL, GA, PA and OH.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT informed interventions, and is thoughtfully integrated with Christian faith values for clients who desire it. I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how identifying and reshaping unhelpful thinking patterns can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

For clients who value faith, Christian principles are respectfully incorporated to support healing and foster hope, purpose and resilience. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow emotionally and spiritually at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we work collaboratively to build greater emotional awareness. Together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore areas for growth, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen emotional regulation skills.
