Great to meet you!

"Come as you are, hold yourself dear!" At Dear Therapy, I'm a multilingual therapist specializing in specialized in working with clients who are dealing with relationship issues (pre-marital and marital counseling/couples counseling, sex therapy), going through life transitions (loss of loved ones, job loss, immigration etc), and ADHD (managing related depressive and anxious symptoms). We'll also explore family and societal impact in your life.

My approach to therapy

I'm direct, intentional and effective: if I see there are areas of growth, I'll share with you. Blind spots? You bet. Growth? Let's celebrate. I'll provide constructive and clinical feedbacks to best support you in addressing your concerns. As I always joke with prospective clients: if I (as a therapist) am working harder than you, we are not working out! I'll encourage and empower you to come in the space ready to do some tough yet meaningful and transformative work.

What you can expect from me

With a holistic and humanistic approach, we'll explore terrains of mountaintop and abyss, reflect on the past, present and future, witness moments of epiphany, agony, and perhaps transformative insights. Life is an adventurous journey deserving of attention and time, especially in critical moments such as loss, transitions, and unknowns. The goal is that you'll walk out of therapy most of the time feeling rejuvanated, encouraged, affirmed, challenged with determination to live life more fully.
