Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite break, whether that shows up in relationships, anxiety, self-worth, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are insightful and driven, yet still find themselves repeating cycles that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.

My approach is both compassionate and direct. I help clients slow down and understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also offering practical tools to create meaningful change. Therapy with me is collaborative, we explore patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

I value accountability, emotional honesty, and creating a space where you can show up fully without judgment. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and make lasting changes, I’d be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both compassionate and direct. I focus on helping you understand the deeper patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also offering practical ways to begin changing them. Therapy with me is collaborative and active, we don’t just talk about what’s happening, we work toward shifting it.

I place a strong emphasis on accountability, emotional honesty, and building a more grounded sense of self. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when it’s useful, especially when old patterns start to show up in real time.

I often work with concerns related to anxiety, relationship dynamics, self-worth, and life transitions. If you’re looking for therapy that goes deeper while also helping you create meaningful, lasting change, we’ll likely be a good fit.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface.

We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, and I’ll also ask questions to start identifying patterns, especially in how you think, feel, and relate to others. My approach is active and collaborative, so you can expect me to be engaged, curious, and direct when it’s helpful.

You don’t need to come in with a perfect explanation of what’s wrong. Part of the process is figuring that out together and starting to make sense of it in a way that actually leads to change.
