I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) passionate about helping individuals find hope and healing during the most difficult times of their lives. These difficult experiences can leave one feeling lost, depressed, anxious, fearful, and emotionally wounded. Feeling "stuck" with any of these emotions can be very overwhelming and life-altering. However, I believe that no matter the circumstances there is always hope and the possibility of Moving Forward!
My approach in therapy is client-centered thus making empathy and unconditional positive regard the main factors in the therapeutic process.
My specialties include the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Additionally, I have experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families with a range of emotional and behavioral issues.
I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new, positive mindset.
I understand that going to therapy is not an easy decision and it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Feeling heard and validated in a nonjudgmental place is imperative to healing. This is why I strive to create a therapeutic environment where my clients can feel safe, physically and emotionally.
