Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized mental health care. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatry, crisis services, substance use treatment, and community mental health settings. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment while helping clients achieve improved mental wellness and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client's needs. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and comfortable discussing their concerns. I believe in treating the whole person and use a combination of medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to help clients work toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment in which they can openly discuss their concerns and goals. We will review symptoms, personal history, and any factors affecting overall well-being to better understand their needs. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan and discuss recommendations to support progress and long-term wellness.
