Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Yared Salazar, a bilingual Christian therapist here to support teens and women through life’s ups and downs. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are, I offer a space where you don’t have to figure it out alone. My heart is to walk with you through the hard moments and help you find clarity, peace, and strength along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When we sit together, my first priority is making you feel heard and understood. We’ll move at your pace—talking through what’s weighing on you, practicing simple tools you can use right away, and weaving faith into the process if that feels helpful. Think of me as a guide walking beside you, helping you uncover your strengths, calm anxious thoughts, and step into the life you want with confidence.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported — maybe for the first time. You’ll gain tools to manage stress, better understand your emotions, and begin to see yourself in a more compassionate and confident way.

Over time, we’ll work together to build emotional resilience, strengthen your identity, and help you move forward with more clarity and calm — not just surviving, but truly growing into the person you were created to be.
