Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed bilingual mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, identity development, family stress, and life transitions. My background includes both school counseling and mental health counseling, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting young people, first-generation students, and individuals from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand their emotions, recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier, more effective coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore the experiences that have shaped you. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build healthy boundaries, improve communication, and create stronger, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and the people around you.
