Her background includes working with high performers, student-athletes, executives, and multicultural populations, making her particularly effective in fast-paced and high-stress environments.

She holds a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University and integrates evidence-based practices with relational and trauma-informed approaches.
