Dr. Yarlie Nicolas, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy across diverse settings. She specializes in treating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a strong focus on cultural sensitivity, systemic care, and whole-person wellness.
Dr. Nicolas has served in leadership roles within healthcare and athletic organizations, including as Assistant Athletic Director for Mental Health and as a provider for the NBA. Her background includes working with high performers, student-athletes, executives, and multicultural populations, making her particularly effective in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
She holds a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University and integrates evidence-based practices with relational and trauma-informed approaches. Dr. Nicolas is passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve communication, and navigate complex systems impacting their mental health.
