Great to meet you!

A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset. I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have extensive background in assisting patients with more in-depth treatment during the sessions. I have extensive experience and background working with children, teens, adults, couples, families, sessions to help you overcome your challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everybody is different and should receive care that is tailored to them. We will participate as partners in your therapeutic journey after we have decided to collaborate. I think it is crucial that you feel valued in our relationship and that we have open communication. Along the journey, I will be here to listen and support you.

What you can expect from our first session

I begin with an introduction session in which you can tell me about yourself and your goals for therapy. Together, we will work through your challenges by addressing the roots of the issues while creating a safe environment and collaboration in ensuring sessions to help you achieve your goals.
