Great to meet you!

I'm Yascara Robledo! I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2022 and have been working in the mental health field since 2018. My experience includes providing school-based therapy with Santa Rosa City Schools, where I've primarily supported teens. I am excited to expand my practice to work with adults as well. I'm passionate about supporting as many people as possible and believe that accessible, virtual therapy is a powerful way to help people get the care they need.

My approach to therapy

I value meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, welcoming space where they can feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful growth. I believe that every person’s needs and circumstances are different, so I take time to understand what matters most to you rather than approaching therapy with a one-size-fits-all perspective.

My background in school-based settings has reinforced the importance of building trust, creating genuine connections, and working collaboratively with clients. I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore the challenges you’re facing, and develop strategies that help you move toward your goals with greater confidence and support.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and creating a comfortable foundation for our work together. I’ll take time to learn about your background, the concerns or challenges that brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what feels important, and get a sense of what working together will be like.

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify your strengths, priorities, and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that reflects your unique needs and gives us a clear direction for our work moving forward.
