Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I provide compassionate, individualized counseling to children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and older adults. I believe that each person has unique strengths and experiences that deserve to be understood, respected, and valued.

My approach to therapy

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, family and relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions. I utilize evidence-based and individualized approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, trauma-focused interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and short-term therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, goals, developmental stage, and personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard without judgment and supported as they work toward meaningful change. When working with me, clients can expect a non-biased, supportive person who will listen, provide guidance, and walk alongside them throughout the therapeutic process.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop effective coping skills, improve relationships, navigate challenges, and build greater confidence in their ability to manage life’s transitions.
