Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping kids, teens, and their families. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California and have worked in schools, clinics, and healthcare settings. I know that reaching our for support can be difficult, and I'm here to make that process easier. My goal is to create a safe, caring space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a thoughtful, personalized approach to therapy. We'll start by getting a clear understanding of your needs, and then we'll create a plan that best fits you. I use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and expressive arts. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with care and compassion, supporting your growth and well-being along the way.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to learn more about your symptoms, gain skills to manage them, and practice using those tools in your everyday life.
