Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're trying to manage anxiety, depression, emotional stress, or the effects of difficult experiences while balancing the demands of everyday life. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults who are looking for a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Although I am newly licensed in Florida, I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 and have experience supporting clients in outpatient settings through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I help individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, family concerns, relationship difficulties, stress, women's issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm and collaborative environment where we can work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support your emotional well-being. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to help clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feels most natural.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client centered, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe healing begins with understanding your experiences, building practical coping skills, and creating goals that align with your unique needs and strengths. I draw from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology to help clients develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and behavioral concerns while working to strengthen emotional regulation and resilience. I tailor treatment to each person's developmental stage, pace, and goals, creating a space that feels warm, respectful, and empowering. My goal is to provide support while helping you develop the confidence and practical tools needed to navigate life with greater clarity and balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel respected and understood. I strive to create a space where you can speak openly about your experiences and move through the therapy process at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support emotional growth and lasting change. As therapy progresses, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, improve your ability to manage stress and difficult emotions, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My hope is that therapy helps you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that promote healing, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
