Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with four years of experience providing remote therapy to young adults, adults, and older adults. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Counseling from Lesley University and my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College.

I believe counseling is a space to gain insight, build resilience, and receive the support needed to create meaningful and positive change. I work with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress management challenges, burnout, and self-care difficulties. I also enjoy supporting fellow therapists in their personal and professional wellness.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I integrate a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and holistic techniques to best support each client’s goals and growth.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

My first session will be an intake, getting to know the client better and developing a treatment plan with what the client wants to work on in therapy.
