Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Yasmeen and I know starting therapy can feel like a big, overwhelming step. Maybe you've been putting it off, unsure if it'll actually help or worried about what it'll feel like to open up to someone new. I get it. And I want you to know: this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no performance required.

I'm a therapist with a Master's degree from Nicholls State University, and I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger, grief, stress, and relationship or family challenges. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone anymore.

My approach to therapy

I like to consider myself down-to-earth, honest, and genuinely in your corner. I believe real change happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged — so I'll never push you faster than you're ready to go, but I also won't let you stay stuck when you're capable of more. Together we'll dig into the patterns that have been holding you back, build healthier responses, and move toward the version of your life that actually feels good to live.

What you can expect from me

My approach is rooted in empathy and honesty — which means you'll always get the real me, and I'll always make space for the real you. No judgment, no pressure, just steady progress at a pace that feels right.

By the time we're done, I want you to feel more confident, more balanced, and genuinely in control of your life. That's what we're working toward together.

Ready to take that first step? I'd love to hear from you.
