Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or uncertain about why they continue to struggle despite their best efforts. Others are seeking answers about ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, or cognitive concerns and want a clearer understanding of themselves.

As a bilingual psychologist, I provide both therapy and comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations in English and Spanish. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive. Whether you are looking for treatment, diagnostic clarification, or a deeper understanding of how your mind works, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.

I believe people are more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, better understand your experiences, and move forward with greater confidence, self-compassion, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and neurodiversity-affirming practices while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals.

I view therapy as a collaborative process rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or challenges with attention, organization, and daily functioning. My goal is to help you develop practical tools while also creating deeper insight into yourself and your experiences.

For clients seeking evaluations, I take the same collaborative and affirming approach. Assessments are not about finding what is “wrong” with you — they are about understanding how your brain works, identifying strengths, clarifying diagnoses when appropriate, and providing meaningful recommendations that support your long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a genuine understanding of your story. We will discuss what brings you to treatment, the challenges you are experiencing, your personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve through therapy or evaluation.

Many clients tell me they feel relieved after our first meeting because they finally have a space where they can speak openly without judgment. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify a path forward.

If you are seeking an evaluation, we will discuss your concerns, developmental and educational history, current functioning, and the questions you hope the assessment can answer. By the end of our appointment, you will have a clearer understanding of the evaluation process and what to expect moving forward.

Whether you are seeking healing, answers, or personal growth, my goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the next steps.
