Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner with a Doctoral Degree (DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC). I offer evidence‐based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults starting at age 13, throughout Florida. With a background in primary care, I understand how closely physical, mental and emotional health influence one another, and that insight shapes the way I practice. Rather than treating symptoms alone, I take a whole‐person approach integrating physical, emotional, social, and environmental factors in every treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach is providing a non-judgmental holistic care, a person‐centered approach that considers every aspect of well‐being. My focus is improving daily functioning and overall quality of life, not just managing symptoms. I use evidence‐based guidelines which tailors every treatment plan to your unique situation and goals.

What you can expect from me

It is deeply meaningful to me to support people through difficult times, to move forward with stability and hope. If you are ready, I am here to partner with you. I take time to understand and explore what’s overwhelming and stressful to you and work with you to create a plan that is supportive and aligns with your values. I offer a warm judgmental free space where questions are welcomed and addressed accordingly with respect making you feel empowered. I combine medication management and supportive support to every visit offering coping strategies and education that promote and improve your overall wellbeing.
