Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works closely with children, adolescents, and their families. I care deeply about the people I work with and have a strong appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support and share your story. Having worked with diverse families, I strive to create a space where everyone feels heard, understood, and supported as you navigate this journey, together.

My approach to therapy

I support parents in understanding their child’s needs while creating a safe, supportive space for kids, teens, and young adults to express themselves and grow.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, and I tailor therapy to each child and family’s unique strengths and challenges. I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, and women’s issues.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. You can expect a mix of gentle questions, active listening, and thoughtful guidance. In our first session, my goal is to help you (and your child) feel comfortable, safe, and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brings you in, and exploring your hopes for therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—I move at your pace. For parents, we’ll also talk about your concerns, your child’s strengths, and how I can support your family as a whole.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I truly respect the courage it takes to begin. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more at ease.
