Great to meet you!

Master’s-level counselor with experience working with children, teens, and adults, supporting concerns such as trauma, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I provide a warm, supportive, and client-centered space where we work together toward healing, emotional balance, and meaningful, lasting change using practical tools and compassionate care.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother, wife, and animal lover who values staying grounded and connected to community. I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time in nature, which helps me stay balanced and bring my best self into my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I use an eclectic and holistic framework, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs and to develop healthier coping skills and build lasting emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm and welcoming environment where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. We will explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of the direction we can take together.
