Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), therapist, and life coach with over a decade of experience in the helping profession. I work with individuals of all ages and genders, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

My background includes clinical, educational, and community-based work as a therapist, social worker, educator, mentor, and speaker. I hold a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and focus on helping clients build emotional stability, clarity, and healthier ways of coping with life stressors.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and periods of feeling stuck. My goal is to provide practical, supportive, and effective care that helps you move forward in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, hollistic, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounded space where you can speak openly while also gaining practical tools to improve your daily life.

I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and strengths-based techniques. I focus on helping clients understand their thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies.

In addition to therapy, I incorporate life coaching tools when appropriate, including goal-setting, accountability, and action planning. For clients who are interested, I can also integrate astrology as a reflective tool for self-awareness, always used in an optional and supportive way alongside clinical work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to share what’s bringing them to therapy at their own pace.

We will begin by exploring your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your situation, and together we will start identifying what you would like to work on and what progress could look like for you.

My focus is on creating clarity from the beginning, so you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of direction. Over time, we will work collaboratively to build practical tools, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward the changes you want in your life.
