Great to meet you!

I am a psychologist who works with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and other mental health concerns that may be interfering with their daily lives or overall well-being. I understand that these struggles can sometimes build over time and leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you're experiencing, feel heard without judgment, and begin working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with understanding you as an individual rather than simply focusing on symptoms or a diagnosis. Through psychotherapy, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to the challenges you're facing. When appropriate, I may also use assessments to develop a clearer understanding of your concerns and determine how I can best support you. Together, we'll identify your goals and work toward developing healthier ways of coping, greater self-awareness, and practical strategies you can use in your everyday life

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and what led you to seek therapy at this point in your life. We'll discuss the concerns you've been experiencing, how they have been affecting you, relevant parts of your history, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process. From there, we'll begin identifying your goals and determining a direction for our work together that feels supportive and appropriate for your needs.
