Great to meet you!

My goal as a mental health therapist is to support clients with improving their overall quality of life. I have 18 years of varied experience working in school districts, psychiatric hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities. Working with diverse cultures has enhanced my ability to understand the human experience from many angles. I use an integrative approach in therapy with adolescents, adults, and couples by drawing from a myriad of therapeutic modalities to best support the unique needs of each client. I am compassionate, unbiased, and authentic with a profound interest in fostering growth, strength, and purpose within individuals. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my fur babies, walking in nature, listening to music, and trying new cuisines. If you’re ready to take the next step towards a happier, confident, and supportive healing journey of growth and insight, I invite you to schedule a session.

My approach to therapy

Every positive and negative life experience is an opportunity for us to learn, develop, and grow as individuals. People will face life challenges and transitions in various degrees which can become overwhelming at times. Therapy offers a guide in your journey; whether it is to make a life change, cope with life’s trials and tribulations, or simply speak freely to a supportive listener.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the “get to know you” session. You can expect me to ask you questions about your history, symptoms, and goals. I will also discuss confidentiality and policies. You are also welcome to ask me questions to determine if this will be a good therapeutic fit.
