Great to meet you!
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and approach therapy from a humanistic perspective, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique experiences. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery when provided with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. My goal is to foster a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change.
I have experience working with clients across a wide range of age groups, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults ages 12–25. I am passionate about supporting individuals during these formative years as they navigate identity development, relationships, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My clinical experience includes working with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring their individual strengths, values, and lived experiences. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I aim to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and work toward a greater sense of well-being, connection, and personal growth.
