Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, and Pepperdine University graduate. I am to create a warm, welcoming space in California for individuals and families to explore challenges and foster healing. As an immigrant, I offer culturally sensitive support in both Farsi and English. I help clients uncover underlying issues, develop coping skills, and set goals for personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety and depression, self-confidence, life transitions, relationship issues, domestic violence, single parenting, trauma, and immigration. If you need coaching, I’m here for that too!

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll uncover the underlying issues affecting your well-being, develop coping skills, and set goals for personal growth using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
