Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in anxiety, parenting support, child development, cultural identity, and life transitions.

I support adults and parents who are navigating stress, panic, emotional burnout, relationship challenges, and cultural or family pressures. I also bring a strong background in child development, which allows me to help caregivers understand behavior, strengthen routines, and create more harmony at home.

My work is rooted in cultural humility and an understanding of how systems, generational experiences, and identity shape our mental health. Together, we’ll build practical skills to help you feel more regulated, confident, and empowered. Therapy with me is structured but gentle — we move at your pace while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounding, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, compassionate, and able to bring clarity to overwhelming situations. I take a holistic approach to customize each client's experience to their needs. You can expect a blend of lightheartedness and open-mindedness, humor, honest feedback, enthusiasm, and a willingness to challenge you while maintaining a safe pace for healing and growth. My aim is to create a compassionate, culturally rooted, and restorative space where you can heal, grow, and become your best self.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, the main focus is to determine if my services match your needs, assess whether you feel comfortable with me as your therapist, and clarify your goals for therapy based on your presenting symptoms or situation.
