Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Yesenia Delosangeles, LCSW. I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

I specialize in working with women facing stress, relationship challenges, chronic illness, and perinatal mood and anxiety concerns. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical so you not only feel heard, but also leave with tools you can use in your daily life.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. I believe therapy should honor your journey, especially as a woman navigating health concerns, life transitions, and emotional stress.

In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can openly process your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I use a compassionate and practical approach—helping you identify patterns, build coping skills, and develop tools you can use in your daily life.

I’ll listen with care, gently challenge you when needed, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is for you to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your experiences and what kind of support you’re looking for. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what you’d like to get out of therapy.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more at ease. Over time, our sessions will be a safe space to reflect, learn new coping strategies, and recognize your progress.
